Thanks for the info Broncos

I didnt know Satish Narayan, his wife nor his family, but for some reasons I feel for this man and his children. Its such a wrong way to die. I have grown up to believe "that whatever happens, it happens for a reason" and "whatever happens, it was meant to happen" - sometimes you sit and wonder why was this to happen. We all lose family in untimely deaths, in tragic circumstances, but such a death, to be burnt alive by a person who you are supposed to trust with your life??? This is wrong in every angle, no matter what the circumstance may have been, for someone to get up at 5.30am and commit such a horrendous act by setting fire to a man who you have vowed to “respect, love and honor” is in my view an act of jealousy, revenge, and a mind which is sick.. Who doesnt have issues in life ???? I am not qualified when I say this but a clinically depressed person will harm themselves, a depressed person will not plan such an act all night, but on the contrary, her anger will subside after a while, a depressed person will sit and cry next to a sleeping person and not set him alight. Maybe she intended to “only teach him a lesson” by setting fire to that part of his body, and the whole planning went wrong. That why she said “she didn’t want him to die” but its too late and because of a jealous and sick mind, A man died the most horrific and awful death. He spent so many days in excruciating pain, and when I think of this this person, I want to cry, although its none of my business.

I don’t know but this entire thing just sickens me to the max, this man didn’t deserve this, his children don’t deserve to live with this, all because of a mother, a jealous and sick wife, who couldn’t control her anger who didnt have the courage or the f**** brains to walk away ??? Now his funeral – he will be burnt a second time
:-( :-( :-( :-(

The person committing this type of act is either completely screwed up upstairs or not literate enough to comprehend the consequences the act may bring about.
May the departed soul rest in peace.

My heatfelt condolences to the grieving family, but think of it a better place for him to be right now. Words wont heal at this point in time, but if anything will help is time.

On behalf of Satish's many friends and associates who worked with him at Melbourne International Airport please express my condolences to his family and that we are all saddened at this tragic news.

I first met Satish when he arrived at Tullamarine International from Aviation College in Melbourne and it was readily apparent that he was the stand out student of his class professionally competent and with his enquiring mind it wasn't surprising that he was quickly promoted.

With the impending changes to Airspace Managment being brought about by Dick Smith (Chairman CAA), the emerging field of I.T. was an attractive alternative for those looking for something different and a number of us undertook Diploma studies in Information Technology at Kangan Tafe to gear up for the future and Satish took to programming like a fish does to water which was lucky as the Airspace consolidation plan was quickly put into place and we had the new foundations of an exciting and rewarding career to consider.

Whether it was frollicking about making a mess on holi or fitting in and celebrating with a BBQ on Australia Day, Satish did it with an affable and engaging manner and occassionally with an impish grin on his whistle when he was having a bit of fun.

He will always be remembered for his gentle positive and intelligent attitude both to life and to those who he chose to share it with.
